PIMS have a dedicated team that can diagnosis complex plumbing problems, and provide the solution within record time. Our diagnosis offer advises on plumbing maintenance to reduce maintenance cost. We are desirous of carving a niche and always ready to go an extra mile to satisfy our customers.
Electrical
Our team of electricians are competent and experienced at working with both domestic electrics and commercial installations. We offer a full electrical repair and maintenance service. Our team of electricians are on hand for all general electrical repairs as well as for electrical upgrades and installation of new electrical items.
Painting
We offer interior and exterior painting services for commercial and residential buildings. Free of charge, we will do an estimate for your commercial or residential painting job. All our painting projects are executed painstakingly. We start and finish all painting projects on time.
Maintenance
Our regular mainenence service includes regular cleaning, window cleaning, fly-tip removal, ensuring the council removes rubbish weekly, collecting any debt owed to the freeholder e.g. service charge and instructing our legal team where necessary and liasing with leaseholders.
